Would I ever get a second chance?

Hello

I want to know what are the ways to come back to Canada if you are not qualified for any immigration program. Because of my negligence, failure to realize that anyone coming to Canada as student has his/her first priority after graduation should be PR and little element of bad luck I wasted my 3 years PGWP which is the once in a lifetime opportunity

I am sungle, do have a Masters of Engineering degree from Canada Ielts S7.5, L8, R8, W7 almost maximum for language but don't have 365 days (1 year) skill work experience. The most I have is 300 days skill work canadian experience. Is there any way for me.

Well you won't qualify for a second PGWP. You also need a minimum of one full year of skilled work experience to qualify for Canadian Experience Class.

It's possible you may qualify for the Federal Skilled Worker immigration program or one of the Provincial Nominee programs - as long as you have at least one full year of skilled work experience (this experience can be outside of Canada). You will have to research these programs on your own to see if you qualify to apply.
