Anyone with knowledge or experience with complaints related to IELTS exam are welcome to respond to this thread.
I have recently appeared for IELTS exam in USA and the test center had some technical issues with speakers and had to play the CD on a portable CD/DVD player with no external speakers. While most of it sounded ok, there were instances where the player would buzz making it difficult to hear the pronunciation properly. Everyone attending the exam had a problem with it, not just this but they were also updating remaining time during all tests on the board in the exam room board, as the clocks weren't working either. I made a written complaint with Administrator soon after my speaking test, shall I go ahead complaining on IELTS website too or wait for the response on the paper feedback ?
Has anyone had any experiences of this kind in the past ? Any advice would be great.
TIA.
