I received 600 points from OOPNP and ITA on Aug 07, 2015. I'm now offered a better job.

You've received the PN and ITA based on what you did in the past. What you do in the present and the future doesn't impact either those points or that ITA. Go ahead and accept the offer if you want to do that.
