Worth of 2 year post grad diploma in Marketing

Hi

I am planning to pursue a 2 year post grad diploma in Marketing from Langara.

I have around 4 years of working experience.

Just want to know about the work opportunities. Is it worth doing a post grad diploma or should I opt for a Masters degree?

Many people here would say go for a masters if that is an option. Cannot answer on work opportunities given impossible of course to predict 2 years out.
