Worth it study visa

I completed my 12th standard in 2014 with 78 percent.
I then had a 6 year gap.

I have a 1.6 year work experience in Amazon India from April of 2021 to october of this year.

I have an offer from Seneca College diploma which I think is undergraduate course.

Should I apply for the student visa??
