hi friends

i'm gonna share my experience with u and also need help
i did grade 10 and then 3 year diploma in electronics and communication in my home country ...that means i have not done grade 12. on my diploma basis i got addmission in a college in vancouver.i came in canada 18 dec 2011 on 2 year study permit for undergraduate studies in vancouver.firstly it was good . i was enrolled in associate degree program.i attendend first semester i was told to have at least 4 courses per semester .bcoz i had not done grade 12 i was asked to take those courses that i had not done in my earilier education but these couses does not provide any credit after completion . so with hard heart i did semester one and went to register for second semester but again the advisor told me that you have left 2 more non credit courses to do if u want to move forward. i was shocked that it was hard for me bcoz that college sells (i can say) one course for $1500 to international students as i did 4 courses and had to do 2 more ..it costs me $9000 ...i paid $11000 before coming to canada as fee ..moreover to apply for off campus work permit you must have studied full time for 6 months..but i was not eligible for that bcoz that college does not consider students attending non credit courses as full time students... so i left studies in august 2012 and looking for another college...i found some other colleges but they told me to take addmission in january intake .so i was free from august to january ...i started working on cash ..to support myself...mean while i met my friend from my home town he said he came on study permit and then have changed his study visa status to temporary foreign worker status as he found an employer who gave him job with lmo approved....i thought the same and started looking for job ....later on i found one job on craiglist that say that they can support u for work permit ...i contacted in october and they were ready to give that job to me but they have to apply for lmo...then they applied for lmo in start of november. thinking that i could get work permit i drop the idea to start study again and waited for lmo...in feb 2013 employer got positive LMO for me ...then i hired a consultant who can apply on my behalf they made the application and told me to apply at border . i went to border on 14 march 2013 at peach arch border crossing and did flag pole and at canadian side gave my application for work permit to an CBSA officer..he checked my application asked me that whether i am attending college or not i said no then ....they said whether i have worked in that period as i don't have any work permit illegaly...i lied and said i did not ...then i dont know they got suspcious about me and told me to take out all the stuff i have ..i had phone and purse with me besides application...and told me to sit and wait for few minutes ...and after few mins they came again and told me that they have called a person from your contact in phone and he said he works with us and have came today ..they had the recording..so i agreed that i worked..they again told me to wait .....at that moment i was thinking that now whtas gonna happen with me ..will they deport me ...
about one hour later officer came to me and told me that you are lucky bcoz you are not being deport or excluded...as you have study permit valid untill 31 dec 2013...
you are banned for six months to apply any kind of work permit ...and maintain your status you have to study and more over they you can't work illegaly bcoz they said they have sent my data to inland enforcement department ..if am caught working i will face deportation
...so thats my story

after coming from border i started apply to colleges ...but their summer or may intake is over they told me to apply for september intake ...
so my question is that if i start studying in september then i 'll be eligible to apply for extension of study permit ...will they issue me extention....
please help...
