I have two questions I came to winnipeg in Jan 2012 and started studying at international college manitoba for one year. Then I dropped one semester and took summers this year. unfortunately I had a kidney stone and I was not able to take most of the classes. though I have paid fee. and I am enrolled as full time student unfortunately my passport got washed in laundry sobi have to apply a new one so is that they will ask questions about why was I nt attending school or they ll just concern my passport.
one more thing is that I bought a car and I had tickets of 2500 $ which I dint pay on time so they have reported to beaura now they say we ll inform them that fine is paid so is it that it will effect my pnp Manitoba. ??? reply as soon as possible
