Hello, everyone, have you ever tried WES for credential evaluation? I have a 2-year Higher Diploma and a 1-year Top-up degree. Do I have to submit both of the Higher Diploma and the top-up degree? Or the highest education? Does anyone have the same situation? Thank you very much.

Since you aren't holding a Master's degree, it's better to evaluate both of your credentials.
