I have completed my M.Sc. in mathematics(2 years) from university of bikaner, Rajasthan, Bikaner. The first year was by the MDS University, Ajmer and then the college was shifted to University of Bikaner.
I sent the transcripts from university of Bikaner because this university gave me the degree and this university attested both the marksheets as well as degree certificates without any problem.
Now the WES says the first year marksheet must be attested from MDS University, Ajmer. Please let me know what can be done in this regard if the MDS University denies to send my transcript of first year to WES.
