We are in a tricky situation, and hoping to find a justifiable answer please. I applied for my wife's visitor record on August 2023 assuming it's TRV application (big mistake) while she was on work permit. When her work permit expired on Jan 2024 but before that I applied for her Work permit extension based on my BOWP application for which she got Interim Work Authorization until June 2024. But her Visitor Record got approved on Feb 2024. Now she has both the status (Maintained Status and Visitor Record). Can she continue working until the decision on the work permit extension application has made? Please reply. We're so stressed and nothing is clear on IRCC website.
