working with expired off campus work permit.. pls help

i got chance to work in a company before i graduate. the timeline are:
1. i got my part time job on sept 1st and my off campus work permit expired on nov 30th, in the same time my study permit expired as well.
2. i renewed my visa permit until june 2011, but i don't renew my off campus work permit since i'm going to graduate on dec 2010.
3. meanwhile i'm still working part time, and on dec 20th, the company hired me as a full timer.
4. i'm going to apply my post graduate work permit on this jan 8, after i get my final transcript, which is one of the main criteria for applying this visa.

my question is: am i eligible to working while applying for post graduate work permit? and what i'm worried is whether i'm working as illegal worker on the period my work permit expired, even it's only less than 3 months? i don't want to cause any problem to the company i'm working at.

If you are working after your current work permit expired and you did not send an application for extention, you are working illegaly at the moment from the date your permit expired. In your place I would stop now and ask the company for patience if they hired you full time. You have to expect that you will have a hard time with your post-graduate permit if CIC finds out you continued working without a valid permit.
Another thing that the company you work for should know that they cannot work with you without a valid WP, not a single day longer, unless you are waiting on your extention being processed and you are on implied status.

thanks.. i called my school and got the final transcript already, so i'm applying the post graduate work permit..
