Working Visa for canada

Hi, i am looking to apply for a canadian working visa. I live in Uk. I was wondering do i need to have a job lined up or can i look for 1 when i arrive? i am looking to go for a year to work and experience the life. And also, where do i register for the working visa. Also is there a closing date for the visa or can u apply anytime of year?

You can apply for the International Experience Canada, where you can get a 1 year open work permit assuming you are under 30. You can apply for a 2nd year as well. What is the difference between this and the normal working visa? wat is the price of this also? thanks
