Working under Study Permit

I need your help in understanding if I can work off-campus in the following situation,

My situation as this, I have a valid student permit for 8 months, and I will be studying English for the next four months, from Jan to April, and I have around 4 months, May to Aug, before extending my study permit to next year, now, the period between May to Aug, I will be under valid student visa and valid student permit but I will not be having any studies in any institution. So, I was wondering, am I allowed to work as delivery driver or in any restaurant in that period with no issues, or that won't be possible

1. No, you can't. To work off campus, your course (diploma/certificate) must be of minimum 6 months.
2. Wondering how you got 8 months SP for 4 months language course?

Thank you for your answer, as for the SP, since the length of the program depends on the English test taken on first day, so, the course could take at least 4 months and up to 8 months based on the exam

Hope I find something to do during this period, since 4 months is quite a long time.
