Hi,
I finished all my courses in December and since my university does not provide degree assessment and does not hold convocation until next June, so I was pretty much waiting doing nothing. So I started full-time work in March under OCWP (OCWP was valid until July). Then in June when I got my degree I applied for PGWP and got it.
So question is, was my work from March (after I finished all my courses and while waiting for degree confirmation) legal?
EDIT:
I know that work performed under OCWP after you graduate and waiting for PGWP is legal, but one thing to clarify here is that I did not receive graduation confirmation until June so I did not apply for PGWP until June, so technically the period from March to June is not "after graduation waiting for PGWP", but rather "waiting for graduation confirmation and not yet submitted PGWP application". So, is this period legal?
