Hi Anyone can tell what is lacking on my documents because I was suddenly refused because of this where in I had a letter for medical prior for the refusal.

The CIC already returned all my documents and I will still verify it tom to my representative. I did not remember that my agency asked me to fill up the temporary residence visa form. Was this the possible the reason and why the VO only traced when I got my medical letter.

the best thing you can do is talk to your representative for the clarification....

u already requested for a medical......more or less 75 percent is ok....

did you received the copy of your refusal?

Yes my representative did not give me or ask to fill up the form. My agency sent my refusal letter thru email and I will still check my documents tom because I can't go there during weekdays. Are you also in HK?

It was from CIC but my refusal letter together with the orig docs were sent to my agency thru mail. My agency just forwarded to me the letter thru email. I was really upset because my agency did not check it carefully.

Like what I said a while this is the reason so maybe my agency did not check if I have a Temporary Resident Visa Form filled up. This is what indicated on my letter.
I did not satisfy the visa officer because of this;

My LMO is about to expire on May 1 then I need to renew again my NBI because it was already 3 months. So pressured. Hope someone can help me what is this mean?

My working permit also refused i got documents
return yesterday. The reasons why the officer refused
Is that he is satisfied that i have successful completion of six months
Classroom setting in the field related to the employment
For which the work permit sought
2. Have completed 1year full tym paid employment including 6months
Of continous employment with 1employer.
3. You have submitted dovumentation which lacks authenticity
as part of ur application.

Im am so confused with the decision where infact i give all the necessary docs.

just show a proof such as receipt of it.....

my visa application also refused,because i didnt convince the VO to return to phils after my contract ends in CA.
and also the VO thinks that i have a lower percentage of "tie bonds" in phils...
can i declare my assets to prove that i come home to PH after my contract ends.
what documents should i prepare...can somebody please help me with some advise..that would be great...thank you!
