What can I do with my situation I need advise
Hi, I am an MBA student. I have been in BC since January this year .
I have challenges with my spouse working permit application.
I would like to tell the story from the beginning .
When I got admission, I paid the deposit I received. After that, I did an application by myself for less than a month. The application was rejected. I informed the school that they advised me to Onevasco as an agent.
I explained my situation to Onevasco, and they said the best thing is to apply for only mine. Once I get to Canada, I can apply for my spouse and two kids.
After 3 months in Canada, I applied for my family. Unfortunately, the application was rejected two weeks ago. Based on this ground
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 200(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-200.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The compensation (monetary or other) indicated in your job offer and your assets and
financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any
accompanying family member(s), if applicable. Guys what can I do please advise me
