Working on Open Work Permit (Spouse), extension...

Hi,

I am working in Toronto on Open Work Permit (Spouse).
My spouse came to Toronto on closed work permit (intra company transfer).
Our both workpermits are valid till Aug-2020.
There are chances that my wife's WP will not be extended.

What are the chances of my workpermit getting extended or getting converted as closed workpermit.
my employer is ready to provide me an offer letter but not ready to provide me LMIA offer letter.

we tried for PR, but score is not sufficient.
my wife is working since Aug-2018 and i am working since Sep-2019 in Toronto.

Please advice me on this,

You don't qualify to extend your OWP unless your wife's permit is extended and without an LMIA, you don't qualify for a closed work permit.

You can only extend your work permit if your wife's work permit is extended - or if your employer gets an approved LMIA.
