working on a lmo, appliying for mpnp now how long?

here working on a lmo in Manitoba, just applied for my mpnp any idea how long it takes to be accepted?
also can I leave my job and look for other work in Manitoba once accepted or if offered better job in different provence will I be able to work in another provence
