I've been with the same company for the past five years, joining in November 2018 under NOC 21222. I received a promotion in 2019, resulting in a change in my job title. In January 2022, my roles and responsibilities shifted to NOC 20012 without any promotion and my job title remained unchanged. I have recently created an Express Entry profile, dividing my work experience into two NOCs. I've received a Notification of Interest (NOI) from Ontario.
For my application, I plan to submit a single reference letter displaying my same job title but outlining different roles and responsibilities during two distinct periods. Could this potentially cause any issues, considering the changes in my responsibilities within the same company without promotion? If faced with an ADR (Additional Document Request), how can I effectively defend this approach?
