Working in Montreal with before getting PR

Hi Guys,

I am yet to land in Canada for the first time, "City of Destination" on my COPR is "Toronto" however I haven't used the PNP program its simple express entry. But the problem is that I have received a job offer from Montreal. Is it possible to move to Qubec after landing in Toronto before getting the PR card ? Because the letter with the COPR states that i need a CSQ in order to go to Qubec. I am planning to land in Toronto and next day fly to Montreal. Can anyone share a similar experience or advice me how to plan this ?

You need an address in where you are supposed to live, Toronto in you case, so they can send the PR cards to. You can give them a friend’s address and change it later. But it’s a little risky without a CSQ and may produce hurdles. One of them is obtaining health insurance will be problematic without a CSQ. Good luck.
