Hi Guys,
Due to fact that Express entry looks so complicated , and it doesn't helpful if you don't have PRS - ~430 points, i am planning to start a language school in 2018 in Canada for 6 months. Thus i can look for an engineering job during studying there.
However, if i find a job related my education background in Canada, can i work with just working permit without any immigration program (express entry, etc)?
Or language studying visa is not appropriate to work in Canada?

Because 430 points is so tremendous because i am 37 years even though i am an engineer M. Sc. and 8 years work experience.
Thx

Attending a language school for 6 months does not give you any work rights without a study permit and even then only part time max 20 hours a week. A study permit not usually required for 6 months course assuming you can enter as a visitor.

No simple way of avoiding an immigration program given to work you would need an employer to sponsor you with an LMIA which are difficult to get anyone to sponsor.

At 430 points you are so close to recent EE selections is ther no way you can max out your IELTS scores ?

Agreed with the above. You won't be able to work in Canada while attending a six month language program.

If you find a job while you are studying here, your employer will need to obtain an approved LMIA in order for you to be able to apply for a work permit. The LMIA is a very long and expensive process that requires the employer to first advertise the job to prove that no Canadian could be found for the role. Most employers aren't willing to go through the LMIA process - so assume that finding a job will be very difficult (however some are successful).

First of all, thanks for your quick response.

Then ,
1)If i enroll a certificate program of an university for 2 semesters in Canada (around a year), can i get a visa for 2 years including working permit?
if possible, can i work there after getting the certificate (without express entry).

2)If first option is not logical, do i have to enroll to a master program for working permit?

Thanks

1. Depending on the duration of your program, a year certificate program would result in having a year post graduate work permit. And you can work part time during school hours and full time during school breaks. But the first step is to get into the school of your choice and applying for a study permit.

2. Most immigration officers take into account of employment experience, level of education and finances before issuing a study permit, so if you have a bachelor degree , going into masters would be a advisable option.

But these are my opinion....
