Working Hours during Christmas Week

Hi all,
I wonder if you have any idea on whether the visa offices work during Christmas week or not, I tried to search about that in Google and I didn't find anything. My visa office is in Amman, Jordan and the weekend in Jordan is on Friday and Saturday.
I received my BVL on December 15th and wondering if there is a chance to receive a decision next week or I'll have to wait till January to hear from them.

Canadian offices will be closed Monday and Tuesday for Christmas. They may close for half a day tommorrow (Christmas Eve).
