working holiday while waiting for PR decision

is it possible to apply for working holiday, while waiting for decision to be made for my PR through EE FSW? thanks a lot for help

It's possible. I got a work permit from Young Professionals International experience Canada while I was waiting for EE process. But I never used it, because I got a PPR and yesterday I landed as a PR.
