Working holiday visa

I applied for a working holiday visa but it was back when the September pool was open I didn't hear anything back but it's coming up to the new season pool opening do I have to withdraw my application and submit a new one when it opens or will my old application be in there? Also my mate withdrew thers in a moment of panic does what does this mean for them and when does the pool open

Usually you need to start afresh when the program opens again, previous years are not carried over to the next years pool.

You'll need to resubmit your profile into the pool once it opens up for the new year. The withdraw has no impact.
