Hi,
I've a question. I was chosen for Working Holiday, and I heard that guards at airport sometimes ask about reasons of why you came to Canada, what you plan to do there, or something like that. I'm going to visit my girlfriend, and I plan to stay with her there, we also plan to get married at some point, but from what I heard, they do not react well hearing that, even if it's legal. What should I say if they'll ask about something related to that? How to explain that, if it will be necessary?

Has your visa already been approved? If so...

Well, first and foremost, you should never lie to a border officer.

Since you are coming to Canada under the Working Holiday program, there's absolutely no reason why you can't disclose the fact that your girlfriend is in Canada. You certainly have the right to see her, while you are in Canada with authorization to work, right? Whether you decide to elaborate on your future plans together, is entirely up to you.

I know, I wouldn't do that. I more asked about how to tell the truth, if they'll ask about such details. But hopefully it'll be fine ;)

The general rule is, you don't need to volunteer information (you don't need to go on to the guard about how you plan a wedding). But never lie if they happen to ask you such a question (though the chances of that are pretty low). Just stating you are entering on your working holiday visa and staying with your g/f is just fine.
