My boyfriend is currently in Canada on a working holiday visa. He has received a job offer and his employer is in the process of applying for an LMO. The problem is that his working holiday visa will most likely expire prior to receiving the LMO decision. This is an issue because the job begins in September so it does not give us much time. Are there any options to ensure that he will have the right documentation in time? Can he enter back into Canada on a tourist visa and change to a working visa once he returns? He is set to go back to his country in August.
