Working history in EE profile

I’m filing my EE profile, in the working history section should i add all my working history even if i’ve two different NOC or I should only add one NOC?


Second question, is working as self-employed counts? And if yes how can I proof that later on if i recieved ITA?

Yes as long as one of them was for at least one continuois year
