Hi,
I have a couple of doubts related to the Express Entry Process for Closed WP considering that I am not in LMIA because of others reasons and is employer-specific.

1- There is a questions that says: Is XX job offer from the employer named on the current work permit?
I assume the answer should be YES, since my Closed WP says Employer: Y. Is it correct?

2- The next question says: Has XX been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?).
Currently I am working with the same employer (40 hrs/week) and I didn't finish 1 calendar year (from Sep 24, 2024 till June 28, 2024) which is almost 1588 hrs so the question is: I worked full-time also NOC - TEER 0.
shall my answer will be YES ?

Thanks in advance for your strong support,
