Yes you can claim it as foreign skilled work experience. Make sure you have the documentation to prove it, employment letter, pay stubs, etc.

If I do two NOC B jobs at the same time, I will only be able to claim experience of one, not both, right?

You can't double count. One week of work experience is one single week of work experience even if you are working 2 job and 90 hours. It's still only counted as one week
