Working as a part time student in an 8 month course with a 12 month visa

I enrolled in an 8 month graduate certificate program. I got the visa for 1 year. I failed in 2 subjects in the second And last semester.
Visa given on 29th December 2021
Visa valid till 30th November 2022
The course with the two repeated subjects finish in January 2023.
My question is if i can work off campus on SIN(which is valid till 30th November 2022) till 30th November even though i Am part time student from September-January but have valid study visa till 30th November.
