I myself am a Canadian citizen, my wife is still in PR status, soon to be a Canadian citizen pending closing issues of Bill C6 and timing thereof.
I am considering moving to the USA, my potential new employer would help me out with my work visa requirements. We are however unclear as to the procedure for my wife given PR and pending Canadian citizenship status. I would work for a USA based company, but my wife would continue to work for a Canadian company as she works from home. It is unclear for us what type of Visa application we should apply for, either separately or jointly?
