Worked for the same company in 3 different countries. Do I need a separate Employment Record for each?

I have been working for the same company for the last 10 years but from 3 different countries. Do I prepare a combined Employment Record or 3 separate ones for each country?

If HR is the same and writing the letter, then one letter is fine.
