Worked 6 months part time and the full time in the same company

HI I got a job NOC "C" while I was on the last semester of studies, cause I was a full time student I only worked for 20 hours a week, but then I finish my studies My employer gave me 40 hours a week in the same company the same position. How can I fill up that (two jobs or one) I mean in the first I should have to clarify that I was a full time student???
