i am planning to go for the 8 months certificate course in international business from seneca college. i already have a masters degree in computer applications. would i get a work permit after 8 months, or my work permit will only be valid for the study duration? or should i opt for the 2 year ontario college diploma?

- You will only get a work permit after graduation IF you apply for one. That is, either a Post Grad Work Permit if your Canadian education is eligible OR an employer-tied Work Permit.
- You are only allowed to work up to 20 hours per week during your Study Permit's validity depending on your Study Permit's constraints.
- Opting for a 2-year Diploma will provide you an opportunity to apply for a 3-year Post Grad. Work Permit (PGWP) after you graduate. Otherwise, you will only be able to apply for an 8-month PGWP with the certificate course if at all the certificate course is eligible for a PGWP.
