Work Visa Refused

Hello,
My work visa got refused for two reasons:

1. You were not able to demonstrate that you adequately meet the job requirements of your prospective
employment.

2. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay.
In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including: "Purpose of Visit"

I can prove the first point but for the second point any idea what should I do? The purpose is clear that I am going to work but still i have the write a letter and tell them that?

For point 2., you need to prove you will leave when WP expires. Ties to home country, etc.
