work visa HELP ???

Hello Experts !!
well i am hope-full to get an work permit for cook helper in vancour soon.The employee is actually my uncle.he has his own restrurent in vancoure.I am actually not a cook.i am a student of graduation and learn cooking but i want to enter in canada so through work visa i want to get PR.my sister also citizen of canda.my questin is that in pakistan what should i do for strong ties or satisfy immigration officior.Coz i guess i have benifet from my sister side and i can also show engagment.what is chanses for me to get visa ???? and how much bank statment i have to show ?? and what about IELTS ???

If you don't have job or education experience in cooking, chances are your visa will be refused.

Having a sister and uncle in Canada already will also make it difficult to get a work permit. You'll need to show compelling reasons you'll return to Pakistan, such as property in your name, family left behind.

The other requirements you're asking about are for permanent residence applications.
