Work visa from India

Hello Everyone ,

I just want to know that is it possible to get the foreigner work visa from India for non-professional persons . Like i was told by one of agent to process work visa from India . Then will charge me 70k CAD . I need to do a IELTS. They will arrange my LMIA & Job Offer letter . So i may get a job in Farm . But its high level of fraud is going on in Chandigarh so its hard to believe . If any one know trust worthy agent in Chandigarh please let me know . Thanks

Sounds like a scam to me especially charging 70k dollars and even more likely if a farm job.
