Yes - it's possible the deportation from the UK may affect your work permit for Canada. You will want to make sure you are 100% honest about your UK immigration history in your work permit application. You will also want to show strong ties to your home country to show you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.Listen my friend i dint know it was fake college and in uk there are lots of college its aint my fault is it if i know i would have never apply for it i want to know its goona affect my case
The way out of this is to provide evidence of very strong ties to your home country (e.g. property, assets, etc.).Ye what is the way out of this ??? So i have to tell my solicitor about this to inform Canadian immigration ?? Can someone tell me yeah uk college are fake and student pay lots of money to get in and its all get done its a past history how its goona affect my future if someone waana get job and pay taxes why its goona affect ?
Yes - you should mention all of this in your application. You said you were deported, this will need to be mentioned and explained.I already have assets to show them i have to tell them about overstayed but i really not overstayed my case was on apeal and my passport was with uk home office and i withdraw my case and came back should i write down this to me application ?
I think you would be best off working with a lawyer.Whats deportation?? Means your enforced with police on a plane and get you there where you came from it was not like that doe me they give me my paasport at the airport as if i have pay for me tickets
