Hello i am applying for work permit lmia and its been 2 years when i came back from Uk as a voluntary exit my status was overstayed for 3 years in uk and inappiied

My question is i was on student visa for 3 years which i had visa from 2011 to 2013 legally after that i applied for college to get extension in that i applied for college and its got close so i paid money and ukbi send me letter of refusal because of toec examination and fake college so i put my appeal its take 3 years been fighting with them and they deport me as in i pay for my ticket and came back voluntary form uk and i cane back in 2016 now after 3 years im applying for lmia which i got the offer letter from employer for work permit i got my application is ready to proceed so its goona affect my canadian work permit ?

Yes “attending” a fake college in the UK while really work and overstaying will certainly affect your chances of getting a work permit. How did you get this job? Did you pay someone? It is usually very hard to get a job from abroad.

Listen my friend i dint know it was fake college and in uk there are lots of college its aint my fault is it if i know i would have never apply for it i want to know its goona affect my case

Yes - it's possible the deportation from the UK may affect your work permit for Canada. You will want to make sure you are 100% honest about your UK immigration history in your work permit application. You will also want to show strong ties to your home country to show you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.

The way out of this is to provide evidence of very strong ties to your home country (e.g. property, assets, etc.).

Yes - you absolutely must mention your deportation and UK immigration history in your work permit application. If you fail to mention this, your application will be refused and you will be banned from Canada for 5 years for misrepresentation (lying in your application).

I already have assets to show them i have to tell them about overstayed but i really not overstayed my case was on apeal and my passport was with uk home office and i withdraw my case and came back should i write down this to me application ?

Yes - you should mention all of this in your application. You said you were deported, this will need to be mentioned and explained.

Whats deportation?? Means your enforced with police on a plane and get you there where you came from it was not like that doe me they give me my paasport at the airport as if i have pay for me tickets
Well any cases with this because im so stressed about this situation can plz someone who is experience can share this about the visa

So its aint got people here who can tell rather than fearing you up is it group work thats way because i been looking at some cases same as mine people are fearing and getting more stressed in here aye !! Giving panic attacks man
