My name is charan. I have done my masters in a Canadian university and after completion of my graduation I have applied for work permit. I got my work permit for 22 months but due to some emergency I came to india. So the thing is I have a valid work permit but I don't have visa stamping on my passport (my old visa permit expired that was stamped on the basis of my study permit). So can I apply for visa stamping using my work permit from vfs in india. and if i can apply for it shall i have to submit a proof of employment in canada letter.. because i'm having a open post graduate work permit i dont think i need employment letter and such things during application of my visa...
