Hi, I applied for refuge in 2011 but my case came out with a negative result one year later, so I headed back to my country within the time I was told and also I paid for my return ticket. When I got back to my country I started to study in a University, I bought a house and I was ready to settle here. Now, one company in Alberta wants to hire me with a positive LMO, I know that I have to apply for an ARC in order to look for a work visa and work permit. If someone has passed for a situation like mine could please help up with some advice? What kind of documentation should I present to the immigration officer to prove that I will come back when the visa expires if I have my house, my studies, my job and my family here? How should I make the latter for the ARC application seems there are not any specific form to fill out? I know and I have read that Canada needs labor-force in many areas such construction and caregiver, so why they will deny a person who just wants to help the development of the country? or it will be impossible for me to get back to Canada someday? Thanks, any comment will be appreciated.

As a failed refugee claimant, you are going to find it very difficult to obtain a TRV... Good luck.
