Hello, I'm a qualified Painter & Decorator (Skilled Worker) currently studying a Higher National certificate in Construction and the Built Environment at Stourbridge College, England. I'm studying this course to become a qualified Building Inspector/Surveyor at some point in the future as this is what I am interested in.

I have plans to move to Kelowna, BC, Canada, having visited there 4 or 5 times in the past 6 years. My HNC course ends June 2019.After that one of my options is going to university, I would like to go to a Canadian university to then graduate as a building surveyor there instead of a british uni.

If I was to get nominated via the PNP programme into BC, could I go to a Canadian uni and not have to pay international fees? Because technically I'd be a Permanent resident.

Would I have to pay international fees if I move on a study permit?

Are there international uni scholarships available?

Would I be eligible to obtain a Building Inspection vacancy in Canada with my HNC and Skilled worker qualifications and move there?

If you come to Canada as a PR, you pay domestic tuition.

If you come on a study permit, you pay international tuition.

International students generally don't get scholarships unless they have top grades and are going for a Master's or PhD.

You are going to need to do that research yourself.
