Hey all! I am filling out the Express Entry form and in the work section they are asking for the employment history. In total I have 2 years and 10 month, could the immigration office mark it as 3 years?

No, they will consider it as 2 years if I remember correctly. To have it considered 3 years you should have completed 3 years.
