Work Reference Letter - Issue

Hi Friends,

I recently received my ITA. I got the reference letter from my old employer which has the following issues,

  • It doesn't have number of hours and full time mentioned in it.
  • The employer contact number doesn't work.
  • And it is very difficult to get these details added now.
However, I have all other certificates (Experience Letter with R&R, Salary Hike Details and Relieving Letter). And this is related to my first job. I have overall 11 years of exp.

So could you kindly suggest, if it will be a good idea to remove this work experience from my work history and move it to the personal history or shall I proceed by uploading the documents what I have, expecting that the officer would accept the docs, because I have the required experience from my other jobs ?

And If I am moving it to the personal history, should I upload any LOE ?
