Hi
I have 3 years of experience ( 40 hours per week), and I have worked for three different employers in USA.
With my first employer I worked for only 6 months
with my second employer I have worked for 1year 6months
and I'm current working with my Third employer (1+ years)
I have all pay stubs for my work from all employers... Unfortunately I dont have good relationship with my second employer and he is not ready to provide reference letter but I have offer letter and pay stubs from my second and all other employer.
is it ok if I submit only my offer letter and pay stubs from my second employer or Will it be any problem if I do not provide reference letter from my second employer??
Please suggest how to handle this.
