Hi
I have 3 years of experience ( 40 hours per week), and I have worked for three different employers in USA.

With my first employer I worked for only 6 months
with my second employer I have worked for 1year 6months
and I'm current working with my Third employer (1+ years)

I have all pay stubs for my work from all employers... Unfortunately I dont have good relationship with my second employer and he is not ready to provide reference letter but I have offer letter and pay stubs from my second and all other employer.

is it ok if I submit only my offer letter and pay stubs from my second employer or Will it be any problem if I do not provide reference letter from my second employer??

Please suggest how to handle this.

Thanks in Advance

For the second employer, can you ask one of your supervisor or any senior manager to provide you a reference letter on a simple letter ?
If that is not possible you can draft your own letter (but you may have to end up justifying, why you cannot get the reference letter from the employer).

Please see the post https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-p...-for-a-Canada-PR-after-getting-the-invitation if you have draft your own letter..

Hi Everyone, query on the same line of the above one concerning the letter containing current duties declaration
My HR is refusing to provide such letter on the company letter head. The second option which was to get this declaration on a notary / legal document had also been rejected by them.

I am confused at this point over what to do since this document can make or break my application. I am in desperate need of a solution. Please could anyone help me with this situation.

At present, I have one way out in mind which includes self declaration of the duties along with an email from my manager confirming the same (since at this point the organisation restricts her from signing any such document).

Kindly advice if this is a credible solution.

Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Tanmayee
