Hello I have been offered jobs in Vancouver and they have submitted a LIMA application Can I travel to Vancouver and be on holiday and if LIMA application is approved while I am in Canada, Do I then leave the country and then apply for a work permit, or can I apply in Canada?

Where are you from? What passport do you hold?

Generally speaking, it's better to remain in your home country while you wait out the processing of the LMIA application and then the work permit application. As part of applying for a work permit, you want to show strong ties to your home country and demonstrate you are only coming to Canada temporarily. Hard to do this if you are already in Canada or have been spending considerable time in Canada. This is more relevant if you need a TRV to come to Canada vs. an eTA.
