I am applying for work permit on an offer letter..can my kids go with me, without the need to go back untill my contract of 1 yr.
How... If visitor visa, they will hv to go back in 1 Month. If I apply for study permit, then they r asking of school admission. And school doesn't give admission untill an year period
How my husband can go. On visitor. He will hv to come back in 1 month..then who will take care of kids while I be on work.
If open work permit, they r asking to submit coming back tickets.
Please guide how can I apply for family.

Who is "they"? I think the first step for you is to verify the job offer is legitimate.
