my husband is in canada and has recently finished his graduation. he has applied for PGWP. Can i apply on his applied visa or do i have to wait for him to get a category job?

He needs a skilled job for you to qualify to apply for a work permit.

Your agent is an idiot. You do not qualify for a work permit based on his PGWP unless he has a skilled job and 3 payslips.
