Hi

My work permit application submitted on 30/05/2019 and biometric done on 6/06/2019 but still i have not received approval mail. Does anyone knows what should i do?

Depends on so many factors. How complicated the application is, what kind of work permit, where you applied from, how many are being processed etc

Can anyone give me clue on what to do once the visitor visa exceeds the normal processing time

As you probably know, the time on the website is only a guide. You could send a webform if it's way over the time, but that doesn't guarantee an answer.
