I am into the hospitality industry and working as a food service supervisor for 3 years. is there any chance that I can get a job offer from any Canadian employer. if it is possible what's the best possible way to approach them. is there any genuine agencies in Canada who can do that for me for minimum cost.

There is really no chance you can get a job offer. If you want to relocate to Canada, you should focus on applying to immigrate and become a permanent resident.

Stay away from agencies offering jobs. They are all scams.
